There are many different 'bills' out there. I haven't read the latest out of the House yet, and it is still in formative form, anyways. Have you read it? And how many pages a day can you consume? I can knock out a 300 page mystery in one long hot bath... so 500 pages of a bill might be way less interesting, but none-the-less doable. As to being unable to understand it... it is simply language of a certain persuation... legaleze and all that stuff. which is why it is such a bore to read, but doable. the excuse that it can't be understood, or that there is not time to read it... is bull. to understand what certain facets will mean... there is time for people to read it and explore it, that is why we spend so many tax dollars paying for our congresspeople to have huge staffs. isn't it? otherwise why do we pay for those huge staffs? so they can go to parties to get campaign funds???
