Are you one of these nutters? He has released his birth certificate - that's what a Certificate of Live Birth is!! See the words "certificate" and "birth"? You can search for it online if you haven't already seen it. How do you think he got a passport without showing a birth certificate? BTW all such information is stored in computers these days, not on pieces of paper, and is printed out as necessary. "Rationally-based" was shorthand for evidence that is acceptable to any rational person, which is the same as evidence acceptable to the agency responsible for issuing passports. Additional evidence: statements by the Hawaii officials concerned, birth notices in two Hawaii newspapers. Jeez.
