hindenburg screams abound. so loud, you can hear them at that very aerodrome in lakehurst.

elmat says its all happening with a great lack of passion, a kind of emotionless moribund passing look, as it all goes by.

and you with your bag of gold nuggets raving about money rock and yet ready to flee in a second to no place on earth you have yet to reccomend.

and i watch all of you and wonder to your mirror, who the fairest is, of you all. and of all your associates, i wonder nothing, rich men with dead eyes. souls traded for dying connections to a crumbling edifice. pretending there's still a game on.

doesn't matter who you are any more when your whole job is to hide what you have won before. instantly, who you were, no longer matters one tiny little bit to anyone.

any cocktail party pretending otherwise, would be like hanging out for last call with mr. astor drinking top shelf just before the ship goes down. all hail the mighty titannics.
