Oct 28: Open Text (NASDAQ:OTEXF - news) reports its highest quarterly total revenues in the intranet company's history with $7.7 million revenue, up 90% from $4.0 million for the year-earlier period. Net loss for its fiscal first quarter is $1.5 million, or a loss of $0.08 per share. This compares with a net loss of $2.9 million, or a loss of $0.18 per share, 1Q '97.
