I don't know my D level. I signed up for a lipid checkup late in June, then when I got there I learned they don't check for D. So, I have to find a lab nearby that will do that. I only started taking large doses earlier this year, but I sure do have an overall feeling of "good" since then. I saw a doctor on Fox this morning, only half listened, but I thought I heard her say we should be taking only 400 iu. That sounds ridiculous to me. I may have heard her wrong.
