TOO ALL: Something is brewing at AIPN. Why do I say that? Well, remember Monday's A.M. stock action? AIPN was surging upwards and actually got as high as 4 31/32 ASK on Monday, then when the overall stock market began to deteriorate after 12 NOON Monday, AIPN began to lose steam and declined along with the general market, I guess whoever was accumulating the stock decided not to fight the tape and the stock went down. Yesterday, The stock hit a low of 3 11/16 on only 380,000 shares in the first 90 minutes of trading, then surged to over 4 1/2 the rest of the day on 1.1Million shares. IMHO, some large institutional buyer is beginning to accumulate the stock in mass, and is beginning to do so today again. Thats by take on the trading.

Now, as far as Faris' statement that AIPN might just be content with selling 50% of the concession and keeping 19.9% and going elsewhere for other opportunities. Whats wrong with that? First of all, I'd would welcome the fact they they would purchase other concessions in other parts of the world, so as to diversify their OIL portolio and and not limit their exposure to any one region of the world. The Kazakhstan region may be HOT right now, but its not immune to political and regional strife that will always remain in the region. You don't see EXXON or MOBIL, or ChEVRON or any other major or minor oil [-player in just one region of the world.

Furthermore, has anybody given any thought to the possibility that AIPN may buy large refineries in order to be a major player in the US asphault business, therefore, they have immediate income producing properties that complement their oil and gas exploration activities. Did anyone give it any thought that AIPN could be on the verge of being an oil and gas conglomerate with billions of dollars in revenues coming from different projects? Well, if they they sell 50% of the concession for the going rate of $.50-1.00/BBL then the some of money they will come to them will make all of this a reality. That is the BIG PICTURE that FARIS is spoon feeding all of you with!!! Obviously, some of you still don't get it. You will be very sorry.

Now I'm not saying this will happen now, or ever. I am just thinking from a CEO's point of view and the fact the a CEO must have a vision of what his company will look like 10 years from now and since the CEO and Kazakhs' interests are in line with us shareholders'(given they own 8Million shares of AIPN combined), I think these are all very real and possible scenerios, thus the importance of having the BIG PICTURE, as Faris so eloquently stated, in mind.

Good luck to all
Juan
