Chief,it would be a private placement resulting in further dilution. Clive has effectively screwed shareholders,either hold for the long term or sell now for a loss.No problem for him and other insiders sitting on options.Wasn't any other majors interested in a deposit this size?As usual we'll never know because companies like BGO keep info private for thier ultimate benefit not public shareholders. I'll never invest another cent in companies that withold info from shareholders.These guys are morally bankrupt and don't give a s*** about the little investor.Who knows if shares of PDG changed hands under the table to make this one doable?
