The military now requires a recent full length 3/4 profile picture with each personnel file that is reviewed for promotion. You gotta gut, you don't get promoted.

The cyclist probably has a "bottom of the normal range," 18.5 BMI. Most of us at a 25BMI look good. If you are musclar enough to have a 6-pak at a 28 BMI, good for you. I am 6'2" my 25 BMI is 195. My present 28 BMI is 220. An 18.5 BMI would be 145. Weighed that when I was 12 years old and 5'6".

As I have said before, it's a good "rough" way to communicate to someone where you are with your weight. Saying you have "lost 20 pounds," etc, means nothing.

You think the cyclist looks skinny, take a look at the thousands of Japanese girls I see here each week on vacation. Look like they just came out of Dachau.
