Has nothing to do with what I said.

The Constitution specifies some fundamental rights we have as people, and then spends most of its time limiting the powers of government.

Had the Constitution envisaged a "right" to health care it would have been clearly stated. Just as we have rights to life, liberty, and property, to bear arms, to a speedy trial, etc. These are the fundamental rights. Health care isn't among them.

Even the Framers knew that a person needs to come in for a good bleeding every few months. Yet, they didn't provide for it.
