No the State is not lying, but they aren't telling the WHOLE story. Yes, sure for State purposes the document BO has is a legal document for many things. However, the document doesn't prove Native born under the Constitution, when combined with statements that he was born in a hospital, and the State and BO NOT producing the long form documentation. You are usually logical Buddy, but you are blinded by defending your man BO.

Since the procedure for obtaining the document is Anne Dunham submitting a form that he was born in HI in Aug 61, how on Earth does that prove "Native Born"? That's just one person's statement. But we don't need that. The claim is that he was born in a hospital in HI--now that proves "Native Born". HI has never said they have seen such a long form, as like for the twins. No, instead they said they have seen the original short form in the files. That doesn't prove a hospital birth as BO claims.
