Don't need witnesses. We just need one document, the same as for those two twins born the day after BO. Where is that document and why won't HI authorities directly speak about THAT document, not the specifics of BO's, but whether they have on file, all the long documents on file for the years that they were indeed used (microfilm or otherwise). They don't want to talk about that and don't talk about it. Why? Where is the long document?
