No.

My 'point' is that he is fully qualified according to every existing court opinion (and with ZERO courts, all the way up to the US Supreme Court, disagreeing currently)... and so was Chester A. Arthur, the 21st President of the United States (and a member of the Republican Party) who *also* had one parent who was not an American.
