How about this question, Clock:

"Do I have 'any faith' in some unknown loony's screed and hypothesizing on the Internet... when that person has presented *no affirmative evidence*, and or has been already associated with a number of transparent attempts at misstatement of facts, and of law, and obvious frauds?"

When a Court considers a matter, rules of evidence apply. (And hearsay and unsupported rumor do not factor into the official considerations....)

Or... how about these 'questions':

"Do I have 'any faith' that the Moon landing videos and photographs are not an elaborate plot and fraud?"

Or,

"Do I have 'any faith' that Elvis is not still alive? Or that 'Nessie' and 'Bigfoot' do not exist somewhere?"

What you are asking for --- faith --- is a RELATIVE condition, don't 'cha know!
