The filthy rich live differently.

Their homes sit vacant. Heated. All winter long. Driveways are heated and the entrances are always clean and dry. The homes are fully furnished with the most lavish furniture imaginable. Art pieces range from Remington's to Van Gogh.

The house crew arrives a few days before visits and brings the house to life in time for the visit. Everything is in place and everyone out of sight at arrival times. The ballet behind the scene of food deliveries, cleaners and support staff goes on unseen. Each paid well to perform a specialized job for whatever time needed.

Over and over staff performs for different clients that move the world. Just drive by the Aspen airport to find out how many heavies are in. The lines of jets tells the story.

How it continues without inspection closeup is amazing. News is not a thing Aspen likes. It wants it's famous to not be known. It wants it's workers to not be seen.

The power flows in and out of the valley unseen, unknown and wants it to stay that way.

An investigative journalist that was willing to take the time could have a bestseller about it. As long as he wore kevlar.
