Tony: Sorry for the delay but I have just come back from a show in Anaheim. The show itself went reasonably well and two newsletter writers recommended us in their talks (Brian Fagen and Rick Rule) but the audience was less than 500 people. I got a lot of positive feedback mixed in with the widespread fear/panic/concern over the gold price and the market gyrations. I can only partially answer your question concerning holdings because we are not always able to tell which institutions hold us or in what amounts. Insiders (Directors, officers and employees) own approximately 2.4 million of the 27.3 million shares outstanding or 8.6 %; Barrick Gold is the largest single shareholders, with 3.6 million shares (13.2%); Noranda has about 2.4 million shares for about 8.8%. Institutions, including AGF, 21st Century Digital, Robertson Stevens and a few others, seem to own about 15 to 20% more, the rest being in retail hands. These portions have changed very, very little in the last year. I hope this is of some help. Greg
