Dow down, XLE/OSX weak, but other sectors are still strong and holding very well:XLF, IYM, and IYR

The only sector that failed to take out recent June high..XLE/OSX

Dollar still not bouncing up, if it does watch XLE/OSX take market down.

Currently .35% short
