The Dems and Obama-ites are just floundering around trying to find some ploy that gains traction and hides their intent to foist a single payer/government run program on the population. Claiming that the aim is prevention is just one of those ploys. I don't hear Obama pledging that if he contracts cancer linked to smoking that he will forego care; yet, these people want to control behaviors in just that way.
