The headline and lead sound good, but the grease is still slipping AH ---- Cisco Earnings Fall 46 Percent but Beat Expectations- AP Cisco Systems Inc. says earnings fell 46 percent in its latest quarter, but the profit comfortably beat Wall Street expectations. The company also says it's seeing signs that the worst is over.
