Maybe I'll consider LPTH for some gambling money if it gets past your resistance $1.75. Low volume of trades seems like it could mean difficulty for technical analysis and the confidence it might offer. I see what you mean about LPTH's history. Some fabulous moves and profits (and/or losses) were made back then.
