Well you are ignoring the fact that both parites are complicit and no progress will be made until the current crop from both parties is gone.

Nope, nope, nope......get your facts straight. The Rs controlled both houses of Congress and the Presidency and pretty much the USSC. A majority of the governorships were Rs as well.
