Our family lore includes a trip to West Yellowstone in 1985 or so. I was in money saving mode and nixed dinner at the local steak place. We ended up eating at a hole in the wall that had a sign that said "Cafe Eat." Ended up with lousy chicken fried steak and were entertained by a drunk in the corner playing a guitar. It took a while for Mrs. Smithee to forgive me for our "Cafe Eat" experience.
