If the right to make private contracts for medical services effectively reduces the life span of the contractors when compared to the life span of those who receive medical services by public entities, then what's the point of getting all philosophical about it in re speech and movement? If the private system does me in faster than the public one does, then I'm dead and have nothing further to say and will just stink up the joint if I insist on traveling. (:>)
