Hi Michael, >>He talked about the increase in productivity, which, of course, not only hasn't happened, but is at its lowest levels in the post-war era. I guess the propaganda and disinformation from the New Pair Of Dimers means more to his analysis than his own numbers. Yes, there have been isolated quarters where productivity has done slightly better, only to do slightly worse the next quarter.
I have been thinking about this data on productivity and do we know what set of numbers he is using and what interpretation is is using on these numbers. When we hear from large corporate CEO's that the productivity improvements are greater than people like GA think, I am thinking about GE, BA, HON, etc. They also say that the current metrics that are collected by the government do not represent true productivity increases when using todays technology. Maybe Jack had a discussion with Allan.:-)
