China Ruling class is having the humanity, the vision and the cleverness to create the jobs. Sending their money and their people abroad to implement all kinds of projects. just a reminder, its easy to be low bidder when you have surplus labor. its easy to spend capital, as a newly made capitalist, from capitalisms blessings bestowed upon you. china has two modern day records, todays and yesterdays....since todays was not a result of yesterdays systemic success, it was something else that changed her, oila.....history can be rewritten after the fact and usually is.
