Uh, to provide health care?

That doesn't mean to force people to eat different food, or to stop smoking, or to drive more slowly or fasten their seatbelts.

The problem here is that you have taken too much acid over the years. You can't focus. So when you seen the term health care, you think about people's behavior. When you think about physicians, you see the devil.

It is better that you try to focus on simple things that don't confuse you. I'm sorry this happened to you but more sorry it happened to Syd Barrett.

The best thing you can do now is to stop taking drugs. The brain cells are gone. They're not coming back. But perhaps you can save enough that you're not pissing yourself every 15 minutes.
