Men are not equal. We see people making change in toll gate plaza. he is happy. Thus some will always be good enough only to dig ditches. He is not complaining. He digs, eat, sleep and dig again next day. Then you have the unhappy ones. They are always complaining and trying different things. They are restless. And they do productive things. He goes to capitalist and tell him to invest in earth-moving equipment instead of paying money to ditch digger. Thus increasing productivity, generating a surplus to pay unemployment salary to former ditch digger, This is called in Brazil "pagar para não atrapalhar". Pay not to be disturbed. The ditch digger fail to show, get accident. Requires lots of supervision to dig deep enough and straight. Drinks and beat up wife. Fight hs workmates and ends up in jail. (Hey! I know that because I worked with the bottom of the barrel of the society!!)
