STILL, No one is buying cars. We've dropped from 16M to < 10M new cars sold annually. Adding 250k, however you do it, isn't a big deal. Lots of people who can't afford cars will buy them if you cut the price by $4,000. That isn't a good thing necessarily.

The important point is that it cost the taxpayers so much money to do this that it doesn't make good economic sense to do it.

I know you don't understand this. So don't bother trying.
