Why not, they've done it before and very successfully.

I give you as an example the little group of protesters outside where they were counting the votes in Florida in 1990. There are pictures from the event showing who those protesters were. They were primarily republican party hacks who had been flown in from all over the country.

Personally I'd like to see dialog. I think single payer should be part of the discussion. I think that's why Obama's ratings have been going down, because they took that out and it now looks like it is going to be a insurance industry crafted "reform" that doesn't help people but mandates that they get insurance.
