I noticed Obama changed his Supreme Court standards. He left out empathy and stated, as he should have, that cases should be determined on the weight of the evidence,the strength of the arguments , the law and nothing more. He made that statement following her passing the gauntlet of incredibly well informed Senators lol Odd how Obama finally got it right. lol
