Why? You are relying upon third grade students for all of your Constitutional Law opinions now? (That should save a Hell of a lot of dough being spent on law schools, now shouldn't it? :-) Well... haven't performed your suggested experiment just yet... but I surely expect that if I went out and asked a class of third graders what "natural born" meant in our constitution I expect that most of them probably wouldn't know, but that those few who had an opinion would probably say that it meant being: "born in the United States of America".... (Which, both President Arthur and President Obama surely have been... although each of them also had one foreign-born parent. :-)
