No the state simply says its on record and gives some of the information regarding it on a form. There is a lot more information on the actual birth record that most everyone has. I have a copy of mine and all my kids in a safe deposit box. It delivers the goods on who, what, where and when was born, plus on the two that tangoed to make it happen. This is an unequivocal record of birth to determine citizenship and what stands behind the summary certification form that the state issues. However, as most know, that are actual citizens, ( I have my doubts that you are by your responses) the birth record is what most schools, state agencies, federal agencies including the SS and passport offices require to validate the status of citizenship. The form the state issues is rejected by these and other authorities. Mainly because of its summary info and the ease of which it can be counterfeited.
So then, in order for anyone to state truthfully that BO is or is not a natural born citizen, this document must be presented. In the meantime, there is no possible way, despite what a state bureaucrat or a reporter may say, to verify. So BO effectively stands unverified as to his qualification for President. |
