He called me back and we spoke for about 40 minutes. He says he will not vote for a bill which would:

1. Increase deficit

2. Exempt Congress

3. require anyone to leave existing plan.

4. include illegal aliens

He says he doesn't think a bill that did any of the above could pass anyway.

So, I hope he is right.
