Wow, no posts since 2000? A lot has changed in this company over the past couple of years. They have $2 per share cash, no debt, Real estate properties producing a nice cash flow. Some producing oil wells, Geothermal venture, an incredible molybdenum property in a venture with Thompson Creek that makes it low risk (TC has to spend $400 million to get 75% majority interest and in the meantime they are making annual option payments of $1 million and spending a lot of money on the property). This one is a relatively unknown that is really worth some serious DD. Trading just over $2 makes them a very interesting company.
