don't see what is so difficult to understand about the idea that republicans want to be obstructionist. Probably because they dont. Republicans are democrats, bought and paid for antithesis. same goals different rhetoric. Not a single dime is spent without the collusion of the other...in fair view of all with better eyes. there is a distinction good man between appearance and the contrivance. It is why the greatest political constant within the American electorate....is more than 50% dont vote. anyone posturing that rep and dems are any different, are illusionists skilled in the arts of deception. its as easy as winning or losing sometimes you do sometimes you dont.....the art is the nuance of knowing what characterizes each in the moment.
