hawk, c'mon give em a break, if no one else will buy the 7 years, their only choice is print more monopoly money and buy them themselves. that's the same strategy employed w auctions of artwork and other hi ticket items if they don't sell for a desired price. and w an unlimited expense account for buying, this is a win/win deal for the fed , no? i defy you to fault the business model of jacking up prices when you have infinite funds!!!
