When the US is in the top five in terms of lifespan, get back to me and we can then talk about how good health care is in this country.

That would be a remarkable accomplishment.

It would require the abolition of junk food, cigarettes, limiting miles driven, forced exercise, weight limitations, a massive curtailment in alcohol and drug abuse, and any number of other exogenous factors that cause our lifespans to be shorter than those in other countries.
