"I admire modern pharmaceuticals. People manipulating molecules to create other molecules which have precise and clean bioactivity.... I think this is nothing short of amazing." What's equally amazing is how these drug companies rip off the public by changing one molecule in order to create a seemingly new product that they can charge 10 times the cost of the generic ones that came out after the patent on their original drug expired. Nexium and Losec are prime examples. In my world researchers and chemists will be all be paid a flat wage like a car mechanic and if they don't like this then they can move out of the country. Same goes for their high flying directors. The drug industry is by far the most evil and damaging industry in the USA. Statins? ha ha ha.....are you SERIOUS? Statins kill.
