Thomas, the thing I feel puzzled about in the agreement with ASE
is the (E) paragraph. It talked about NXR being a public company
and any change of management and board of director requires a special
shareholders meeting. Why did ASE suddenly mentioned this?
Is it because F. Arkoosh was not apointed via special shareholder
meetings. But in reality, I have followed quite a few junior mining
companies and saw them appointed senior management and they
never required sharedholders meetings. Why did NXR need
shareholders meeting to do that?
