No health care reform is going to be successful until there are changes in the malpractice aspect of health care. Doctor's are in a CYA mode to order up redundant tests to make sure they don't get sued thus driving up costs for medical care. I have yet to see any plan that addresses tort reform and I won't because the trial lawyers are Obama's homies just like the UAW. Why not cash for computers or shoes? UAW doesn't make those.
