absolutely true. However, that doesn't mean that there shouldn't be some sort of tort reform. In fact, that is where this all should have started. Funny that one of the biggest issues with health care costs is the lawyers and yet it is completely ignored. Lawyers taking care of lawyers by ignoring that.

oh wait, you're a lawyer, aren't you? I guess we know why you dismissed that one.

I have a legal question....if a veteran goes to the VA hospital and gets treatment that is negligent and that causes him harm, can that veteran sue the VA hospital without getting special permission from the Federal Government?
