Dante, you overlooked my comment, that France - and certainly Italy - are de facto belly up. Just check the interest rate Italy now pays for state loans vs. other center EU states. So how did Italy run out of money?? The fact is that the spending is way over the intake. No I didn't...Italy has been broke for decades....but that's too long a subject to deal with here. The question to ask is how broke would they be if their PER CAPITA health care costs were the same as they are in the US... Al
