**OT Allen, I think what was most upsetting about the E*Trade stuff
was that they LIED about what the problems were. Tell me,
who is responsible for a customer being told that they don't
have the proper access and that they should start an account
to get such access when the real problem is that the system
couldn't handle the load.

Oh yeah, and who says that you are the one to say that Francis
doesn't know anything about networking? E*Trade should own up
to having a system that can't handle high loads, warn everyone
well ahead of time, and be honest about the problems.

To paraphrase: since you don't know the first thing about
good customer relations, perhaps you should refrain from flaming
Francis.

Oh yeah #2, why lie and apologize when you are obviously not sorry?
