I think AZS has been dealt the greatest shaft of the two!!!

Basically their greatest asset was divided for them. I like others, wonder how you can get $7.50 for a BGO share that has 116mm shares outstanding, then attach less worth to AZS shares that have about 40mm outstanding. This is certainly the perception. It appears that both BGO/AZS have given up equally -+1% the 25 % of CC. So if one would do some rapid calc, it insinuates that Bema's half is equal value to AZS half. Not so, based on share dillution AZS is worth 2.5 times BGO. Hence the po'd people, hence the investigation.

I'd be ticked if I held BGO paper but I'd be 2.5 times more ticked if I was holding AZS
