Nah, I can’t see where the IRS possibly might be needed to go on a hiring spree for auditors and support staff to provide additional “subliminal incentive” for those “fishy” private citizens to give up their recalcitrant ways and march to the “White House Drummer”.

It hasn’t happened before, has it?
