Not sub-penny, but IMO, once everything comes together, and I expect it within 1-2 months tops, this one should be properly valued at $2.00 minimum. They will have approx. $20+ million in revenues and a float of barely over 4 million -- MTRE. Plans are for AMEX. Totally doable. IMO, sooner rather than later.

I, and a few others, are buying up every share we can under 50 cents. IMO, we are down to the last seller who bought around .06-.10 and they have not examined the company closely enough to understand what is about to happen. Best guess is only about 100-200K shares remain before ask goes to .50 and above.

ps -- I expect EXPH to have blockbuster news that will drive it to .04-.05 short-term, .10 mid-term, and .25 long-term, with a possible SPNG-type short-term move to .25-.30 and then settle back to .15 before growing over next 1-2 years to perhaps even $1-$2 and Fortune 500 company status. All my opinion.

pps I own an empty shell, but the structure is 3.7 million OS and 500-700 thousand float. Yes, that's thousand. Just waiting for someone to put a company in the shell and watch people scramble for a few of the 700K float. Should be fireworks if that happens -- GWOW

ppps Three other shells I like with real potential -- EVDS, HGII, and AVIX

pppps LBWR -- CEO's wife has been extremely ill, and delayed filings have shareholders impatient. A few have bailed completely, driving it down 80%. They have been profitable. If things turn, and if the CEO turns shareholder-friendly again, should go back to .08-.10 easily.
