phil... ETRADE I told him names and incidents that have happenned to me remember in JULY when APM slid from 38 to 33 one day??? I was on hold (with Cathy as my witness APM was at 37 1/2) with a broker trying to sell 5K APM at market.... he asked me to hold....over an hour later I was connected to another broker but APM was now at 35... I went ballistic since I remembered the brokers name.... he admitted loosing me in the trade attempt but did not execute because he hadn't read back trade and gotten my approval... I spoke with Joel Hemmings and Tom Delaney (ETRADE CS supervisors)and they decided that the incident happenned just like I said after reveiwing the tapes, but the only thing they could do was to give me 4 free trades....wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $60 for a +$20K downslide!!!! I have also had my acct balances off by more than 1K from one day to the next without explanation.....IF you complain it mysteriously reappears the following day...NO EXPLANATION... I really hope there is some type of lawsuit and I get a chance to get the last laugh... I doubt it will happen but I can dream patrick
