Fuel Systems Solutions Completes Acquisition of Teleflex Incorporated's Power Systems Business

SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSYS - News) completed the purchase of the Power Systems business from Teleflex Incorporated on August 4th for $14.5 million, in an all cash transaction as announced on July 20th.
