Someone forgot to tell PHH about the irrelevancy:

Excerpt from this Web page:

"...
PROVO, Utah, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Novell, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL)
today announced that PHH Vehicle Management Services, a subsidiary of
HFS Incorporated, has selected Novell Directory Services (NDS), Novell's IntranetWare server operating platform, and related Novell
Application Launcher software as key components of an enterprise
network connecting over 1,500 users at locations in the U.S. and
Canada. The Novell software will interoperate with diverse systems in
the PHH network environment, including Windows 95 desktops, Sun
Microsystems servers running an enterprise database, and IBM
mainframes.

The network upgrade follows the successful pilot roll-out of
directory-enabled Novell software in PHH vehicle maintenance centers,
which led to dramatic reductions in network administration and
management costs. PHH, an industry leader in leasing cars and other
vehicles to businesses, now plans to use Novell software to achieve
similar efficiencies across its data network, as well as improved
access to network information, applications, and printers.

"Our pilot program has demonstrated the dramatic improvements in
network administration and management costs that can be achieved using
NDS and the Novell Application Launcher to secure our Windows 95
workstations and manage them from a single location and login," said

Tim Talbot, PHH director of technology deployment. "Support calls and
other demands on our support resources are way down. At the same time,
we've gained powerful new capabilities for adding new users to the
network, distributing software to their desktops, and providing secure
access to the appropriate applications and resources. These technology
improvements allow our business to operate more efficiently and further enhance the excellent customer service that has made PHH an industry leader."
