Thanks. I know there is a recession on, but I was absolutely FLOORED when I walked into our local Honda dealer today. The place was crawling with people, it looked like a freaking shopping mall at Christmas. The salesman I worked with said they are the number 7 dealer in the country in terms of Honda sales volume, but I'm tellin ya, it was ridiculous. He said some of the volume was cash for clunkers, but lots of folks buying outside the program also. He also said many of
the buyers using the clunker program are paying cash.
