This must be what TXN meant in saying Samsung was moving to "high density": Message 24498301 Note the cycle endurance >10^24 too. If that isn't enough to take out any embedded cache IP wherein the power budget is a concern... Well since this was demonstrated in June of '08, we should know between now and June of 2010 if they intend on producing it commercially. Hmmm... could they be concerned about getting to market before Toshiba... or IBM... or...? Naaaah... why would they worry about that. They'll all just claim to be "first" anyway. 0\|0
